Refund & Return Policy

At Soleed Skin Science, we carefully pack and dispatch every order. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are here to help.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The package was received tampered with.
Your order is incomplete or a product is missing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products generally cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

2. Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Please provide:

Order ID
Photos/videos of the package
Photos of the product received
A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.

3. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the order, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was damaged/defective.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened or used
Products returned without prior approval
Products damaged due to improper use or storage
Orders where the customer simply changes their mind

5. Exchange / Replacement

Where eligible, we may provide a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
