At Soleed Beauty & Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or tampered with.
A return or replacement request may be accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product received is defective.
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification and approval, a replacement or refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without a valid reason
- Orders placed by mistake or change of mind
