Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Within India: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability and other circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided by us or our courier partner.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number and other details are correct before placing your order. Soleed Skin Science may not be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delayed Delivery

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Package

If you receive a damaged, tampered or incorrect package, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

8. Undelivered Orders

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, please contact our support team for assistance.
